Rich Rodriguez - 2025-Present

Rich Rodriguez, top three among active coaches in the nation in wins, is in his ninth year as the head coach at West Virginia, his alma mater. He directed the program to one of its most successful periods from 2001-07 with 60 wins and three consecutive top-10 finishes and returned to lead the program in 2024. His teams are known for playing fast, tough and with a hard edge, and those are the expectations he brought back with him to Morgantown.
